1. Can I just bring my bike to your shop?
No, we do not have a "brick and mortar" shop. Just a van. We can come to you or possibly meet somewhere.
2. What if I need an emergency repair on the trail? Can you meet me at a trailhead?
If you are having mechanical failure out on a trail, it is unlikely we could get to you in time to be helpful. We are currently working on the appropriate permits to be able to operate on BLM/USFS land. As of now, we cannot, but stay tuned!
3. Do I have to make an appointment?
You do not have to make an appointment. You can email instead and we can go from there.
4. Do you rent or sell bikes?
No, we just repair bikes and sell component parts. However, if you are looking to purchase/sell a new or used bike, we are happy to help with any questions. Email anytime.
5. Are you a shuttle service?
We do not offer any shuttle services for riders or their bikes.
